What. A. Year.
While 2020 looked a little different than I thought it would, I’m humbled by and grateful for the creativity, passion, and energy our customers and team poured into their website projects and small business digital marketing. It’s amazing all that was accomplished this year.
There’s no clever way to say it: 2020 was sometimes rough. But, WE MADE IT THROUGH! We started working and staying mostly home in March (and so did all our school-aged children) and haven’t missed a beat since. It was a huge adjustment changing our habits and life, but we did it. We survived with grace, understanding, and thankfulness.
Amazing Customers
2020 had some amazing highs. We worked with 10 amazing customers this year to either transform their websites, create new websites, help with their local SEO, and/or establish a digital marketing plan. We are honored to work with them and help them achieve their goals and vision.

We were very honored to be selected as one of Expertise’s 2020 Cincinnati Best Web Developers. We were also very honored to be listed as the #8 Best Web Design Agency in Cincinnati by SEOlium. To be selected to any list is amazing and we are truly grateful for the recognition and to be listed with the other outstanding Web Design Agencies in Cincinnati.
Partnerships
We were also very lucky enough to partner with several other local businesses on customer projects. We love partnering with local businesses as it keeps more jobs and puts more dollars back into our community. We want to thank Aubrey at Cinci360, Kelly at 39C, Gisela at Aquasole Creative, Leigh at Leigh Taylor Photography, and Holly at Tech Untangled for partnering with us this year. Mastermind
I was very fortunate this year to be part of a mastermind group with other graphic designers and web designers across the U.S. and Europe. It was one of the best professional experiences sharing with these other leaders the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. I learned so much from these leaders about business, processes, design, creativity, and strength. The advice that I received was amazing and really allowed me to improve our business processes and the value that our customers receive with our services. I hope that I was able to share as much value as I received. It truly takes a community and want to thank those leaders for their camaraderie and expertise.
Looking Ahead
If 2020 has taught me anything, don’t plan too much! We have outlined our goals for 2021 and I’m excited to see where it takes us. We will continue to focus on our core competencies of web design + development and SEO.
